How it works

Five steps between asking and done.

REG AI is designed around a simple principle: it should do the work, and you should keep the decisions. Here's exactly what happens after you send a request.

A quiet desk with a phone and notebook in warm afternoon light

01

You ask in plain language

No forms, no commands to memorise. “Find someone to fix the fence,” “book a dentist before the end of the month,” “what would it cost to ship this to my sister.” If a human assistant would understand it, REG will too.

If something is genuinely ambiguous, REG asks one clarifying question rather than guessing.

02

REG plans the work

Before doing anything, REG breaks the request into steps: who needs to be contacted, what information is missing, what order things have to happen in, and which parts will need your sign-off.

A task with a deadline gets scheduled backwards from that deadline.

03

It does the legwork

Calls, messages, searches, comparisons, waiting on hold, calling back the place that didn't answer. This is the part that normally eats your afternoon, and it happens while you're doing something else.

REG identifies itself as an AI assistant acting on your behalf when it contacts a business.

04

You approve what matters

Anything that spends money, commits your time, or can't easily be undone comes back to you as a clear choice with the options side by side. Nothing binding happens on your behalf without an explicit yes.

You can also tell REG to stop a task at any point.

05

It closes the loop

Confirmation received, calendar updated, and you're told what changed. If the other party goes quiet or moves the time, REG follows up and tells you.

Every task keeps a record of the steps taken and who was contacted.

A real sequence

“Renew my car registration before it expires.”

A task that spans several days, two organisations and one thing only you can decide.

  1. Checked the renewal requirements and the expiry date you gave REG.
  2. Found that a current safety inspection is required first.
  3. Called four inspection centres for the earliest availability.
  4. Asked you to pick between Wednesday 8 AM nearby and Thursday 4 PM further out.
  5. Inspection booked and reminder sent the evening before.
  6. Confirmed the inspection passed and the certificate was issued.
  7. Prepared the renewal and asked you to confirm the payment before submitting.
  8. Renewal submitted. Confirmation number saved to the task record.
