Terms of Service.

REG AI provides a personal AI agent that acts on your instructions to help complete real-world tasks, including contacting businesses, gathering information, arranging appointments and following up. REG AI acts as your assistant. It is not a party to any agreement you enter into with a third party, and it is not a professional adviser.

You must be at least 18 years old to use REG AI. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You agree not to use REG AI to:

• Break the law, or help anyone else do so
• Harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate any person or business
• Send unsolicited marketing, spam or bulk communications
• Interfere with the service, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it
• Ask REG AI to make statements you know to be false or misleading
• Collect information about people without a lawful basis for doing so

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules, and we may decline any task we reasonably believe is unlawful, deceptive or unsafe.

When you give REG AI a task, you authorise it to communicate with third parties on your behalf in order to complete that task, and to share the minimum information necessary to do so. REG AI will seek your approval before actions that spend money, create a binding commitment or cannot easily be reversed.

You remain responsible for the tasks you delegate and for reviewing what REG AI reports back before relying on it.

REG AI is an automated system and can make mistakes. It may misunderstand a request, receive incorrect information from a third party, or be unable to complete a task. The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis; we do not guarantee any particular outcome, price, availability or timing.

Nothing REG AI provides is legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Do not rely on REG AI for emergencies or urgent safety matters.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method until the subscription is cancelled.

You can view your plan, update your payment method and cancel from your billing settings. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for and is not renewed after that. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change prices. If we do, we will give you notice before the change applies to your subscription, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

Text messages are optional and separate from your account. Consent is never a condition of purchase and can be withdrawn at any time. See the SMS Terms.

REG AI and its software, branding and content are owned by us and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use of the service. You keep ownership of the content and instructions you provide, and you grant us the licence needed to operate the service and carry out your tasks.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or opportunity.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may stop using REG AI and close your account at any time — see account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the service is no longer viable, giving reasonable notice where we can.

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you before it takes effect. Continuing to use REG AI after that point means you accept the updated terms.
